Subscriber Rights to The Iron100®
Certain pages of Theiron100.com may be accessed only with a User ID and Password. As a paid subscriber you agree that such access to restricted portions of Theiron100.com will be limited to the named subscriber(s) only. Paid subscribers also agree, under any and all circumstances, to not share or give their username and password to any other person or entity.
Termination of Subscription
The term of the guarantee varies with each subscription level, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the offer terms prior to subscribing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the reports, newsletters, content, or service provided by The Iron100®, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to The Iron100® (Theiron100.com) at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will promptly refund to you a pro-rated refund of the amount of the subscription payments you previously paid which relate to the remaining subscription period. Termination of your subscription to The Iron100® (Theiron100.com) may result from your violation of these Terms or any unauthorized use or reproduction or rebroadcast of any of our publications or information contained within The Iron100® website and distributed reports, newsletters, and content.
TO CANCEL YOUR The Iron100® MEMBERSHIP:
Please email all cancellation notices to pgray@ironholdcapital.com. You may cancel at any time, but it is your responsibility to initiate the cancellation and to follow-up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged by email. You must give us AT LEAST 4 DAYS notice for cancellations PRIOR to your membership renewal date. Cancellations initiated within this 4 DAY period will be billed for the next month.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
There are NO REFUNDS available for The Iron100®. You have 14 days to try out the service for free (14-day free trial). If you remain (do nothing), you will be charged monthly (per month for the Private Access Membership Standard,” or per month for the Private Access Membership V.I.P., depending upon which service you signed up for at the Free Trial) until you elect to cancel. Per above, be sure to cancel at least 4 days before your 14/30 days is up or you will be charged for the next month.
Regardless of what day you cancel, your card will be removed from the auto payment system immediately, but your log-in access will remain active until the end of the month. (For example, if you joined on May 13 and cancel on June 1, you will NOT be charged on June 13, but your log-in will work until June 13 when your subscription runs out). There are no pro-rated refunds mid-month, or refunds of any kind. You simply cancel whenever you want and you will not be charged again. Your log-in will expire 30 days after your most recent monthly billing. You can continue to use the service until your log-in expires.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellations
All of our memberships renew automatically at the end of the billing period (1x per month). If you wish to cancel your membership, simply contact us at least four (4) business days prior to the end of your current billing period and we will turn off auto-renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Though we make every effort to preserve customer privacy, we reserve the right to disclose personal or any other information we believe is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental or regulatory request, (b) enforce these TOU (terms of use), including investigation of potential violations of it, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of The Iron100®, its users, yourself or the public.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a provider (Pay Pal) and are not stored or processed on our servers. The Iron100® collects limited personal information in the process of verifying your identity when subscribing to The Iron100®. Such information may include name, physical address and email address. Under no circumstances is any personal information shared or sold to any non-essential outside parties. The release of limited personal information to outside parties is needed to validate against fraud in the case of subscription payments, verify access to the subscriber’s section of the web site and allow our credit card processing company to charge the appropriate credit card.
We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. If we change these Terms, a link to the revised version will be posted on the Sites and the effective date will be noted at the bottom of the Terms. You should review the Terms periodically for changes. Your use of the Services after such changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Confidentiality
1. Confidential Information
To the extent approved by the regulation, the events may need, every so often and in reference to work contemplated beneath this Agreement, to reveal confidential data to one another (Confidential Info). Every party will use their best efforts to stop the disclosure of any of the opposite party’s confidential information to any other party for a period of three years after termination of this Agreement, and in addition the following clauses:
a. Will not be disclosed in writing or lowered to writing and so marked with an applicable confidentiality information within thirty (30) days of disclosure
b. Is already within the recipient party’s possession at the time of disclosure thereof
c. Is or later turns into a part of the general public area by way of no fault of the recipient party
d. Is acquired from a third party having no obligations of confidentiality to the disclosing party
e. Is independently developed by the recipient party
f. Is required by regulation or regulation to be disclosed
2. Publication and Confidentiality
Every party shall maintain for three years after the termination of this Agreement any confidential data recognized as confidential [i.e. trade strategies, trades (PINs and PCNs), returns, results(unless by granted waiver for voluntary testimonial)] and obtained from the opposite party in the course of this relationship. Nothing herein should forestall establishment or every other element of the system from utilizing any data generated hereunder for extraordinary analysis and typical business functions.
